Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a field service technician to repair and maintain gas compression equipment across designated sites. The role requires inspecting, troubleshooting, and servicing prime movers and related equipment in industrial settings.

This rotational position includes on-call duties, safety compliance, and potential travel. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and relevant industry experience; a valid CDL may be required depending on locale.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience level ranges by position: Level C 0–2 yrs, Level B 2–4 yrs, Level A/Lead 4+ yrs in industry.
• Valid driver’s license; USDOT/FMCSA consideration may be required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate compressor station equipment and related facilities.
• Plan, organize, coordinate work with teams to ensure safe, timely completion.
• Maintain records, training, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
