Job summary

Archrock is seeking a Field Supervisor in Midland, TX to oversee field service technicians under the Operations Manager. You will coordinate start-ups, installations, repairs, and ongoing maintenance to ensure safe, reliable compressor service for customers.

Lead a team, partner with Fleet and Supply Chain for logistics, monitor quality, and document work orders and service reports in a timely, accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field personnel to ensure safe and effective work.
• Coordinate trucking for loading and unloading of units.
• Resolve field issues including parts, logistics, maintenance and repairs.
• Track service records to identify trends in compressor rental packages.
• Oversee start-ups, installations and returns of compressor packages.
• Report potential problems to engineering or equipment teams.
