Job summary

Archrock is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance and repair on gas compression and process equipment at customer locations across the United States. You will diagnose mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support major overhauls and MOB/DEMOB as part of a team.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, completing timely documentation, and providing on-call support. A high school diploma or equivalent and relevant engine training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Gas or diesel engine and compressor school/training preferred.
• Typically at least 3 years of experience with natural gas engines and compressors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and well-organized work environment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems on multiple compressor configurations.
• Perform Major Maintenance (MM), Overhauls and MOB/DEMOB as part of a team.
• Complete and submit required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Respond to afterhours requests regularly on an on-call basis.
