Archrock is seeking an Entry-Level Field Service Technician in Midland, TX to support maintenance and repair on gas compression and process equipment at customer sites. You will assist with call outs, PMs, overhauls, and MOB/DEMOB under supervision while documenting work and following safety procedures.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, teamwork, and developing skills in a leading energy services company with travel to customer locations as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Gas or diesel engine and compressor school / training preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical experience.
• Knowledge of or training in HSE procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and well-organized work environment.
• Performs Call Outs (CO), Preventative Maintenance (PM), Major Maintenance (MM), Overhauls and MOB/DEMOB under supervision.
• Learns to diagnose and repair mechanical problems on multiple compressor configurations.
• Completes and submits required documentation accurately and timely.
