Job summary

Archrock is seeking a field service technician to perform maintenance and repair on gas compression and process equipment at customer locations. You will diagnose mechanical issues, carry out major maintenance, overhauls, and MOB/DEMOB as part of a team, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Gas/diesel engine and compressor training preferred.
• Typically at least 3 years of experience with natural gas engines and compressors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems on multiple compressor configurations.
• Perform major maintenance (MM), overhauls and MOB/DEMOB as part of a team.
• Complete and submit required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Respond to afterhours callouts regularly on an on-call basis.
