Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Project Engineer, Gas Asset Management to assist in the development, design, maintenance and operation of our gas transmission and distribution system. You will help evaluate failures, support maintenance planning, and ensure high‑quality standards for safe, reliable gas service.

Responsibilities include leading risk mitigation, capital planning, and coordination with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum of five years of related engineering experience.
• Gas experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel MA/CT/NH as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain risk mitigation plans to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate resources to complete processes or projects.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure consistency across designs and execution.
• Assist in preparing capital plans (1-year and 5-year) and budgets.
• Support emergency restoration and field operations when required.
