Xcel Energy is seeking a motivated student intern to support the gas admin team with job closeout packages, data review, invoicing review, and paperwork readiness. This internship provides exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and real-world project experience within a supportive environment.

You must be enrolled in a business degree program and able to work full-time during the summer (40 hours/week) or part-time during the school year (up to 20 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree in Business, able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours/week) or part-time during the school year (up to 20 hours/week).
• Able to commute to the designated work location per hybrid policy.

Responsibilities

• Data review for job closeout packages.
• Invoicing review for project work orders.
• Check websites to ensure job related paperwork is ready.
• Filing paperwork.
