Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience with direct garnishments
• Ability to interpret court orders and garnishment docs
• Experience with Workday or other payroll systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain employee wage garnishments per court orders
• Review garnishment orders and related docs
• Calculate deductions and ensure timely processing
• Respond to garnishment inquiries from employees
• Maintain garnishment records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
• Coordinate with payroll and HR teams
• Research and resolve garnishment discrepancies
• Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information
