Alliance HCM in The Woodlands, TX is hiring a full-time Garnishment Specialist to manage payroll withholdings, including wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies. You will enter orders into payroll systems, determine withholding amounts, and prepare notices while communicating with courts, creditors, and employees.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience processing wage garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and bankruptcy notices, preferably within a payroll service provider environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal (CCPA), state, and local garnishment and wage withholding laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll withholding requirements by reviewing orders and entering them into payroll systems.
