Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Review and process garnishment orders received from courts, government agencies, and creditors.
• Calculate garnishment amounts based on employee wages and applicable laws.
• Communicate with employees, creditors, and legal entities regarding garnishment status and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all garnishment cases.
• Ensure timely remittance of garnished funds to appropriate parties.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to garnishments.
• Stay informed about federal, state, and local garnishment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with payroll and HR departments to ensure proper deductions.
