Avantor is hiring for an entry-level role in Chandler, AZ. You will work Mon–Fri, 7 am–4 pm, with an hourly rate of $17. The position supports Lab and Production Services, handling garments and inventory, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 0–1 year in warehouse, logistics, laboratory, or materials-handling environment.
• Familiarity with handheld devices for inventory tracking and scanning.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Point-of-use replenishment of garments.
• Collection of used garments.
• Inspection of used garments for damage before shipment.
• Collection of usage data and logging.
• Receive inbound shipments from common carriers.
• Daily inspections of inventory and soil bins to avoid overflow.
• Order new garments as needed or for special sizes.
• Map garment locations for training aids.
• Serve as point person for garment issues or concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
