Job Posting:

Position will be based on Chittagong Education Background - Textile related education is MUST. Such as Graduate from Textile University etc.

Job Description:

Evaluate vendors' facilities and capabilities based on new developments before proceeding with samples. Guide and monitor the technical team to maintain standard operating procedures. Closely follow up with merchandisers for any new developments/samples and review for any risk factors and required product safety, especially for youth wear. Gauge and track laundry processes on chemicals application, liquor ratio, washer temperature, and cycle length, in compliance with the wash recipe set. Coordinate with the wash technician to educate and implement the shade band/1st batch procedure to makers and laundries to ensure matching requirements before submission for approval. Provide the makers' technical team with technical training and support to update sample handling SOPs and time frames. Review and provide comments on performance appraisals of subordinates. Support communication and facilitate issue resolution during bulk production with merchandising and quality management.

• Skills:
  Knowledge of garment fitting, patterns, relevant software, etc.
  Self-motivated and well-disciplined to follow LWR SOP.
  Able to work independently and act proactively.
  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  Able to communicate effectively with internal functions and vendor’s merchandising team.
  Confident with a “Can do” attitude.
