We are in search of an experienced and skilled Gardener to join our team in Akron. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in gardening, preferably in a professional setting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our gardens and outdoor spaces. You must have a strong understanding of plant care, soil maintenance, pest control, and irrigation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and planning garden layouts
2. Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation
3. Pruning trees and shrubs to maintain their health and shape
4. Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
5. Operating lawn mowers, trimmers, and other gardening equipment
6. Monitoring plant health and identifying any issues or diseases
7. Maintaining walkways, driveways, and other outdoor structures
8. Cleaning up debris and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the garden

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Gardener
2. Strong knowledge of plant care techniques
3. Understanding of soil maintenance methods
4. Ability to operate gardening equipment safely
5. Good physical fitness as this role involves manual labor
