Qualifications

• Prefer a 2-year minimum of bartending experience.
• Barista experience is a plus but not required—willingness to learn.
• Friendly, guest-focused communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service to guests at the bar, counter, or nearby tables.
• Guide guests through seasonal beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized station throughout the shift.
• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks to recipe and presentation standards.
• Educate guests on beverage offerings, including local wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options.
• Set up and break down bar service stations, including garnish prep and cleaning bar equipment.
