You will support the Sous Chef in delivering distinctively refined Mediterranean-inspired dishes, ensuring flawless plating, precise temperatures, and consistent presentation across service, banquets, and retail dining outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in fine dining or equivalent culinary settings.
• Culinary arts degree preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare refined dishes infusing traditional flavors with modern techniques.
• Maintain proper portioning, garnish, and food logs.
• Regulate oven, broiler, grill, and roaster temperatures.
• Collaborate with Sous Chef and kitchen team to ensure service excellence.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and departmental policies.
