Qualifications

• 2 years hotel/restaurant maintenance or construction experience
• Safe operation of hand tools
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry basics
• Computer skills
• Flexibility to work day/evening/night/weekends
• Emergency readiness
• Observe safety procedures
• Punctuality and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day general maintenance and repairs for buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Maintain appearance of buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and laundry systems as needed
• Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Carry out carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, wall covering, and tiling tasks to uphold aesthetic standards
