This role supports a warm, guest-focused service culture with opportunities for growth; a flexible schedule may be required, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and apply work orders and specs.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Able to perform routine maintenance tasks in hotel facilities.
• Excellent problem solving and safety awareness.
• Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine painting, plumbing, electrical tasks.
• Replace air conditioner filters and maintain HVAC equipment.
• Maintain heating and boiler systems.
• Notify management of major repairs or additions to equipment.
• Respond to guest and management work requests promptly and document actions.
• Adhere to uniform and name badge standards; follow safety and service guidelines.
