Job summary

Scenic Landscaping, LLC. is seeking a personable and creative Client Relations & Garden Design Manager to join our Enhancement & Lawn Maintenance team. You will build strong relationships with residential clients, help develop gardens, and ensure exceptional service from consultation through maintenance.

You’ll visit properties, listen to client needs, recommend improvements, and help create outdoor spaces that our crew can bring to life, while coordinating proposals and project planning.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience in the landscape industry.
• Strong eye for design, color, texture, and composition.
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients and projects.
• Confident conducting property consultations and presenting ideas.
• Knowledgeable about plants, horticulture, or landscape design.
• Willing to work outdoors visiting residential properties.
• Strong communicator who builds long-term client relationships.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential clients.
• Meet clients at properties to discuss gardening needs.
• Create seasonal planting recommendations.
• Prepare garden installation and maintenance proposals.
• Visit properties and follow up on completed work.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client landscapes.
• Communicate with clients throughout the season.
• Ensure high-quality, detail-oriented service by the team.
