Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 4 years related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of key retail metrics, consumer and product trends.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and marketing plans and programs with precise setup and timely feedback.
• Monitor store performance and KPIs; communicate opportunities and resolutions.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training and development to uphold company values.
• Ensure compliance with hiring, compensation, benefits, workers comp and labor laws.
• Develop and maintain safe customer and associate environment; lead safety initiatives.
• Partner with District Manager to plan annual capital improvements and store conditions.
• Uphold company assets including physical structures, vehicles, equipment and inventory.
