You will recruit and develop associates, oversee daily activities, and drive store profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling and climbing as needed.

• Oversee and delegate all store activities for smooth daily operations.
