Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and driver's license with auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in person, and via phone or radio.

Responsibilities

• Clean, condense and organize all Smith Gardens product and racks.
• Put away new orders and restock displays.
• Ensure all product is signed correctly.
• Gains insight into sell through and inventory positions through store visits.
• Execute approved merchandising plans, store layouts, and plan-o-grams.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and management.
• Manage employees: hiring, interviews, schedules, training/onboarding, etc.
