Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Garden Center customer service area and staff with day-to-day direction.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, and via other channels.
• Train staff on customer service expectations, POS procedures, and SOPs.
• Coordinate daily coverage, scheduling, and staffing needs during peak periods.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and POS accuracy.
• Collaborate with departments to support a consistent guest experience.
