Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and a preferred P&C license. Salary ranges from $23 to $32 per hour with comprehensive teammate benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or training; equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor.
• 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative support role.

Responsibilities

• Bind and invoice policies, ensuring binding subjectivities are complete and documented.
• Review applications, quotes and binders for accurate policy issuance.
• Ensure policy inspections are ordered timely.
• Process and invoice endorsements in carrier portals and agency systems; provide to carriers and clients promptly.
• Audit endorsements and resolve discrepancies with agents.
• Review policy inspections for underwriting integrity and proper classification.
