Job summary

LAZ Parking is hiring a Part-time Porter to maintain garages and surface lots daily. You will greet customers, assist with parking operations, and perform general cleaning duties with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with general facility maintenance.
• Experience in customer relations.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garages and surface lots daily.
• Perform general maintenance (sweeping, cleaning, trash removal, lighting).
• Assist with snow removal and winter upkeep.
• Operate garage/floor sweeper and scrubber as needed.
• Complete daily maintenance checklists efficiently and timely.
• Greet customers by name and resolve issues with a caring attitude.
