Renuity Garage is seeking a Floor Coating Installer in the Landover, MD area. This hands-on role involves preparing floors, applying coatings, and maintaining a safe, organized work site while delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, be comfortable with basic and power tools, and demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and good communication with customers. Weekend availability is required on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, and grinding.
• Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards.
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Work at least two weekends per month as needed.
