Job summary

Blue Marble Services is seeking a skilled Garage Door Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial doors. You’ll work on-site with customers, troubleshoot issues, and log job details in ServiceTitan CRM.

Requires 1–2 years in related work, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Physical ability for heavy lifting and travel to Southeast PA. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in garage door installation/repair or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install garage doors, openers, and components per specs and safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair garage door systems, including springs, cables, rollers, and openers.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Communicate with customers and provide professional solutions.
• Log job details and update work orders using ServiceTitan CRM.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and parts inventory in company vehicles.
