Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or consultative selling, preferably in home services, construction, or garage door environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every service appointment.
• Build rapport with customers and effectively communicate repair needs, recommendations, and available solutions.
• Present multiple repair and replacement options and confidently recommend products and services that best meet customer needs.
• Generate and close sales opportunities through consultative selling techniques.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair and replacement projects.
• Educate customers on garage door systems, products, warranties, and preventative maintenance options.
• Ensure all scheduled installation, repair, and service work is completed to customer satisfaction, resolving concerns.
• Review work orders and invoices for accuracy before departing the job site.
• Collect payment for services rendered at job completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and proper inventory.
• Promote Precision Door Service products, services, and customer-first values.
