Garage Door Doctor in Bloomington/Columbus, IN seeks a Garage Door Technician – Sales & Service Professional to blend mechanical expertise with in‑home consultative sales. You will educate homeowners, recommend upgrades, and close the sale on the spot.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and installing doors, meeting homeowners, and upselling solutions, with paid training and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or construction experience such as carpentry, HVAC, electrical, or similar trades.
• Strong communication and sales skills with a track record of upselling or closing deals.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with tools.

At Garage Door Doctor, we’re looking for a Garage Door Technician – Sales & Service Professional to join our growing team. This unique role blends mechanical expertise with in‑home consultative sales. What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Mechanical / Construction experience (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, general building, or similar trades).

• Great driving record, clean background, and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Comfort lifting 50 lbs overhead and working with tools.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team‑first mindset.
