Job summary

EIC Garage Door Company, part of the IBP family, seeks a driven Garage Door Sales Representative to guide homeowners and businesses to the right solutions. You will conduct on-site consultations, measure projects, and present options with clear benefits.

You will build lasting client relationships, generate new business, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth journey from sale to project completion. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in garage door/building materials/home improvement preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site consultations and measurements for residential and commercial garage door projects.
• Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and present product options, features, and benefits to customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending customized garage door solutions.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community outreach.
• Stay current on industry trends, product innovations, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams for seamless customer experience from sale to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, sales activities, and follow-up communications.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
