Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Experience using a computer or tablet.
• Experience in a field service role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair garage doors, door operators, and related parts.
• Explain repair options to customers and ensure understanding of work performed.
• Sell services, repairs, and new equipment using a structured model and collect payment.
• Manage inventory and tools in your vehicle for on-site service.
