Qualifications

• Must lift 50 pounds independently.
• Able to bend, climb, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Work in heat/cold outside and inside garages.
• Have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers.
• Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Be reliable and follow our process.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair garage doors, door operators, and replace worn parts; install new equipment including doors and springs.
• Educate customers by explaining options and confirming understanding of work performed.
• Sell services, repairs, and new equipment using our good/better/best model and collect payments.
• Manage inventory in your vehicle to ensure you can complete the job.
