Job summary

QXO is hiring for an on-site installer/service role serving customers at homes and on jobsites. You will work with teammates to ensure exceptional service and installation, while handling materials and inventory in outdoor and indoor environments.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, documenting accuracy, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, with focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation to work sites.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and load/unload heavy material safely.
• Garage door installation experience is a plus.
• Experience operating forklift and other equipment such as scissor lifts.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with teammates to provide excellent service and installation to customers at homes and job sites.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets).
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
