Job summary

QXO is seeking a hands-on Installer to support our customers at their homes and on job sites across the area. You will verify orders, maintain inventory, and help ensure installations meet quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and familiarity with garage door installation or related equipment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and a proactive, customer-first approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license in good standing; reliable transportation to work sites.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Garage door installation experience a plus.
• Experience operating forklift and other equipment including scissor lifts, and hand tools.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Ability to load/unload heavy material and extend arms above head during installations.
• Commitment to outstanding customer experience with strong verbal/written communication.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with teammates to provide excellent service and installation to our customers in their homes and on their jobsites.
• Work both indoors and outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets)
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
• Preserve safe and clean work environment by sweeping, cleaning, and organizing all areas.

What You'll Bring
