Responsibilities

• Performs security patrols and prevents unauthorized access to the garage.
• Continuously monitors CCTV for security purposes.
• Collects parking fees from the public.
• Manages executive car keys and related assets.
• Drives company vehicles for business purposes as needed.
• Answers phones and takes messages.
• Inspects parking tags and parked vehicles for compliance.
• Maintains cleanliness of garage, offices, washrooms, and surrounding areas.
• Reports issues to manager and follows up as required.
• Unlocks/locks garage at shift changes and ensures security protocols.
