Job summary

Tareen Dermatology seeks motivated pre-medical and pre-PA graduates for a one- to two-year gap program as a Medical Assistant. You will work with dermatology providers in a fast-paced clinic, gaining hands-on patient care, medical documentation, clinical procedures, and exposure to cosmetic dermatology.

This in-person, full-time role offers a starting wage of $20.00 per hour, weekday daytime hours, and travel between Twin Cities metro and western Wisconsin clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field completed before start date.
• Interest in pursuing medical school or PA school.
• Full-time availability for 14 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for visits and escort to exam rooms.
• Interview patients and verify medical history and medications.
• Document visits and treatment plans in the EMR.
• Support patient flow and ensure data accuracy in records.
