Tareen Dermatology is seeking motivated pre-medical and pre-physician assistant graduates for a full-time Gap Year Clinical Assistant role in Faribault, MN, with travel to Lakeville. The position offers hands-on patient care, medical documentation, and exposure to dermatology in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's in a science-related field, are planning medical or PA school, and can commit at least 14 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for visits and escort to examination rooms.
• Interview patients and verify medical history and medications.
• Document medical histories, examinations, and treatment plans.
• Record clinical visits and procedures in the EMR.
• Submit orders as directed by the provider.
• Communicate pathology results and clinical information to patients.
