You will analyze large datasets using Excel, Tableau, Epic, and Data Bricks, and drive process improvements for better patient outcomes and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or field related to job duties.
• 2+ years of operational or other related experience.
• Expertise in Excel, including use of pivot table function.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review and process gap closure program files, including required Cologuard ordering fields and eligibility.
• Use Excel, Tableau, Epic, and Data Bricks to analyze data and transform inputs for ordering and communication.
• Coordinate new bulk orders and readiness across Patient/Provider Support, Revenue Cycle, Customer Care, CX, and Lab.
• Perform ad hoc analyses, proofread program communications, and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Identify and support process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.
