Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; or 4 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of operational or related experience
• Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead the health system letter program from start to finish for both spreadsheet and electronic orders
• Validate customer data files against required letter customization fields
• Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to secure corrected inputs
• Use Tableau and Epic to run reports
• Notify relevant teams about new or routine care gap programs
• Excel proficiency required for spreadsheet-based data handling
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within Gap Closure Program Execution
• Maintain flexibility to take on new assignments
• Communicate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Travel up to 5% of time
