Qualifications

• Experience validating high‑voltage power electronics and GaN-based devices.
• Ability to design and execute validation test plans for complex ASIC/SoC platforms.
• Proficiency with automated test sequences and data analysis workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation across 400V GaN power stages and low‑voltage synchronous rectifiers.
• Design validation PCBs and develop automation software to improve coverage and data collection.
• Collaborate with design, systems, and application engineers to drive root cause analysis.
• Create datasheet plots, perform DoE, and ensure tests meet VVCM and datasheet specs.
• Author validation summaries and maintain thorough documentation.
