Aufgaben

• Lead GaN project management and ensure on-time delivery.
• Track project schedules using smartsheet.
• Monitor NPI fab lots and build status across gates.
• Collaborate with marketing, PE and device teams on NPI gates.
• Coordinate with PE & AE to complete datasheets on time.
• Ensure projects stay on track and aligned with milestones.
• Coordinate with package R&D for bonding diagrams and package support.
• Manage qualification activities for GaN products.
• Work with reliability engineer on qualification methodology.
• Manage wafers for qualification and start requests for NPI.
• Attend weekly GaN project management calls.
• Conduct yield analysis and tracking.
• Establish PAT/GDBN, SYL/SBL procedures.
• Generate CP & FT reports for engineering and qual lots.
• Define CP, FT, QC test plans.
