Job summary

Navitas Semiconductor, a leader in GaN and SiC power technologies, seeks an entry-level NPI Program Manager to drive new product introductions from development through qualification and launch. You will work with R&D, process engineering, applications, quality, operations and supply chain to ensure milestones are met.

You will be mentored by experienced NPI leaders and gain hands-on ownership of program coordination, milestone tracking, and cross-functional execution from day one, leveraging AI

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required; recent graduate.
• Experience with semiconductor, power electronics, or hardware product development through internships or capstone projects.
• Exposure to NPI, stage-gate, or structured product development processes.
• Foundational knowledge of electrical engineering principles and semiconductor devices.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through; capable of tracking open actions across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with task/project management tools (Planner, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Experience using AI productivity tools for documentation and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support NPI program execution for GaN and SiC product introductions.
• Own and maintain detailed NPI schedules and risk logs.
• Execute the NPI gate review process and track entry/exit criteria.
• Coordinate deliverables across R&D, process engineering, applications, quality, operations and supply chain.
• Track qualification milestones and escalate delays to the program lead.
• Coordinate supplier/foundry NPI activities and track qualification lots.
• Build status reports and dashboards using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Apply AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of NPI processes and templates.
• Develop knowledge of GaN/SiC technology and semiconductor qualification standards.
