Job summary

Navitas Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Director of NPI Program Management to lead our most critical new product introductions across GaN and SiC portfolios. This is an active, hands‑on leadership role owning programs end‑to‑end from concept through device qualification and production ramp.

You will build and mentor the broader NPI organization, drive capacity planning, and champion margin improvement initiatives with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in semiconductor industry with NPI leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading complex NPI from concept to production ramp.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence.
• Experience managing global teams and strategic margin initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own flagship NPI programs end-to-end, from concept to production ramp.
• Lead weekly NPI meetings and manage PM team performance.
• Define multi-program NPI plans for GaN and SiC products.
• Drive manufacturing readiness, yield, and cost targets for launches.
• Partner with R&D, operations, supply chain, and finance on profitability.
