Job summary

Lucky Lincoln Gaming is seeking a Gaming Service Technician to join the Operations Team in Springfield, IL. You will inspect, maintain, and repair video gambling terminals, troubleshoot issues, and support on-site or remote services within your territory.

The role requires at least 21 years of age, the ability to pass background checks with the Illinois Gaming Board and the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21 years of age or older required.
• Ability to pass a detailed background check with state gaming board and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair Lucky Lincoln products (video game terminals and redemption terminals).
• Preventative maintenance and configuration of computer/security networks.
• Transport company assets to licensed establishments and warehouse.
• Collect, fill and perform basic maintenance on redemption terminals.
• Warehousing duties including shipping/receiving and inventory control.
