Lucky Lincoln Gaming is seeking a Gaming Service Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair gaming terminals in Decatur, IL. You will troubleshoot and repair video gambling units within the assigned territory and must pass a detailed background check with Illinois gaming authorities.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. The position includes an on-call rotation with a 4pm–2am CST Friday to Monday schedule and a wage starting at $20+ USD per hour.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair Lucky Lincoln products (video game terminals and redemption terminals).
• Perform preventative maintenance and configure computer/security networks as needed.
• Transport company assets to licensed establishments and to the warehouse.
• Collect, fill and perform basic maintenance on redemption terminals.
• Handle warehouse duties including shipping/receiving and inventory control.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures; interact professionally with establishments and patrons.
• Provide On-Call Service and on-site or remote technical support.

Lucky Lincoln Gaming is hiring a Gaming Service Technician to join the Operations Team to inspect, maintain, and repair our inventory of gaming units in Decatur, IL. The Gaming Service Technician will troubleshoot, fix, and repair video gambling terminals in their assigned territory. The successful candidate must be 21 years or older, be detail oriented, dependable, and able to pass a detailed background check with the Illinois Gaming Board and the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations.

The Gaming Service Technician position is well-suited for you if you possess:

• Ability to walk, sit, stand, and lift up to 75 lbs. at any time.

• Collect, fill and perform basic maintenance on redemption terminals.
• Various warehouse duties including shipping/receiving, inventory control, etc.
• Adhere to all company policies and documented procedures.
• Interact with establishment/venues along with patrons in a courteous and professional manner.
• On-Call Service.
• Provide technical support on-site or via phone or other communication methods.
• Adhere to all company policies and documented procedures.

Qualified candidates will have:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Be able to pass a background check and obtain a Terminal Handler's license from the Illinois Gaming Board required.
• Ability to work Friday through Monday from 4pm-2am CST (average 40-42 hours a week including OT.)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
