Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. in Lubbock, TX is seeking Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain arcade games, simulators, and technical equipment while delivering great guest experiences.

You will work various shifts including days, nights and weekends, assist guests, stock areas, and help keep the midway clean, safe and fun. Prior technical or electrical skills are a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment and games.
• Assist Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Assist with general store maintenance and inventory.
• Ensure guest experience is friendly and efficient.
