Job summary

GameStop in Evendale, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in all facets of store operations. You will lead a team, drive sales, maintain a clean, organized environment, and ensure exceptional guest service while promoting rewards programs.

The role requires proven retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train staff; flexibility to work nights and weekends; knowledge of POS systems.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 days per week availability, including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests with meeting gaming needs.
• Supervise sales associates and keyholders in absence of Store Manager.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and manage POS activities.
• Help meet sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
