Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• 1+ year of retail management experience required.
• 3+ years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity and manage store operations.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Promote store initiatives, reservations, trade-in and loyalty programs.
• Process guest purchases and returns with accuracy using POS system.
• Train and develop associates, ensure onboarding and compliance training.
• Schedule staff to meet guest service goals and manage payroll.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipments are processed daily.
• Protect assets with inventory controls and loss prevention practices.
