Job summary

GameStop in Florida is seeking a Retail Keyholder to support store management, supervise daily operations, and deliver best-in-class guest service within our Circle of Life sales model. You will train Sales Associates, assist with inventory, process POS transactions, manage Omni-Channel orders, and promote exclusive programs like Pro Rewards and title reservations.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, inform about promotions and trade-in program, and welcome guests during transactions.
• Support the shopping environment and nurture guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
• Process purchases and returns via POS system with accuracy and courtesy.
• Address guest questions in person or by phone to ensure top-notch service.
• Promote GameStop benefits, such as title reservations and Pro Rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain clean and merchandised store areas and ensure fixtures are in working order.
• Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
• Protect company assets through inventory controls and loss prevention practices.
