Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist with video gaming needs.
• Support the shopping environment, including visual and operational elements.
• Process purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Promote GameStop’s guest benefits and ensure store cleanliness.
• Safeguard assets through inventory control and loss prevention practices.
