Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests.
• Oversee store environment, visual merchandising, and promotions.
• Recruit, interview, hire, develop, and retain associates.
• Schedule staff, approve payroll, and manage labor.
• Ensure inventory control and loss prevention.
